Returns & Exchange Policy
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase at Modern Relik, please contact us at within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. If your purchase is damaged, defective or incorrect, we are committed to making things right. For all other returns or exchanges, please review the instructions below.
In-stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. All furniture, Custom Orders and Special Orders items cannot be cancelled.
All items should be inspected within 7 days of shipment delivery. If there are any issues with your shipment we can deal with it then. If item is shown to be damaged after 7 days we cannot facilitate an exchange.
Other regular priced merchandise (excluding furniture, custom order, special order and final sale items) may be returned for its full value within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit or exchange. Items must be in original condition (unused, unaltered, clean) and in the original packaging with Modern Relik tags attached. Modern Relik reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these requirements.
For returns, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc). For merchandise purchased online, please contact us to receive an email copy of our Return Shipping Label; this must be posted along with the returned merchandise. Should you prefer, a Modern Relik Store Credit will be issued and sent to you once we receive the returned item(s). Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.
