Becoming a member of MRTMP
Applying for membership is easy by clicking the link below to fill out our simple online application. You will need to submit two business documents. Please refer to the list below.
Required Business Documents
Please submit TWO of the following Business Documents along with the Membership Application:
- Current Business or State Professional License, in a residential or commercial design-based business, or the Hospitality industry
- Proof of current AI or IDI provincial registration
- Business ID number
- Proof of current ASID membership
- Interior design certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
- W9, Federal ID form, or EIN number
- Resale or Sales Tax Certificate*
* We require a copy of your Resale or Sales Tax Certificate in order to be eligible for tax exemption on all purchases. Without this documentation, sales tax will be applied to all orders.
Approval of Membership to MRTMP
After receiving your online application, with valid documentation (see list above), Modern Relik will send an email to you indicating that your application is being reviewed. Once approved, we will email you an MRTMP Welcome Package.
Placing Trade Orders (for approved members)
It is important to us at Modern Relik that we get your order right. For this reason, we apologize that we cannot take orders over the phone.
Instead, you may click on the link below to download our To The Trade Sales Order Form or use your own company Purchase Order Form if you prefer. Completed order forms may be emailed to our Trade Design Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Acknowledgement of Orders & Confirmation of Payment (for approved members)
We will email you an Order Acknowledgment within 48 hours upon receipt of the order. Please review your order carefully and contact our Trade Design Team within 24 hours by email if there are discrepancies. Once orders have been processed, we cannot accept any cancellations, so please be certain to review the Order Acknowledgement thoroughly.
