Barcelona Canopy Bed

The Barcelona Bed draws inspiration from Barcelona’s Hospital del Mar and its human-centered belief that beauty, sunlight, and nature can support healing. Its open canopy creates a quiet architectural frame around the sleeper - defined enough to feel protective, yet airy enough to preserve a sense of light and space.

Crafted in powder-coated tubular steel, the bed’s slender posts and restrained geometry recall the hospital’s sunlit terraces and its relationship with the Mediterranean landscape. The elevated structure can be left open or softened with sheer fabric, allowing natural light to filter through while creating an intimate retreat. Offered in two heights, Barcelona shifts from calm and residential at seven feet to dramatically vertical at nine feet.

The result is a bed conceived as restorative architecture: serene, balanced, and grounded in the idea that our surroundings can contribute to a greater sense of well-being.
